Day 26: Shake Day

YOU’RE BUILDING A FOUNDATION FOR LASTING HEALTH

Day 26Shake through the rest of this week.  You know there are lots of benefits to following our 30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System.  It’s easy and all the products work together in sync but—the big one being that you’re creating a life-long habit that supports the best health possible.

As the system has progressed, have you noticed that decisions about eating healthy foods are becoming easier, maybe even automatic?  Are your tastes for unhealthy foods subsiding?  I have found that I’m more conscious of what I put in my mouth in general.

When you begin with the intention to cut out non-nutritious foods (think unhealthy fats, sugars and white flour) and follow through with a conscious plan, the process becomes easier as time goes on. Soon, you may find that you’re reaching for the healthier choice while at the grocery store, dinner parties and even restaurants without even realizing it!
