12 10 22 Illusions

Think of what you routinely tell yourself.  Look at the self-talk that is probably running through your thoughts on a daily, if not hourly, basis.  Probably some combination of, “I’m not good enough.  I’ll never amount to anything.  Why is it so hard for me?  When will I get a break?  Money just doesn’t come easy for me.  I guess I’m not cut out for love…”  and on and on it goes.

But is that the TRUTH about you.  They are not WHO YOU ARE.  At the core of you, you are pure abundance.  You are pure love.  So any thought that tells you otherwise is wrong.

Whatever your belief of God, whatever your religion (or non-religion), spiritual path or otherwise, we can all probably agree on the fact that there is something more…something that has our best interest at heart.  Something that causes serendipity, coincidences, and such, so this force, whatever you choose to call it, is encouraging you to be successful and embrace WHO YOU ARE.

This week when you find yourself stuck in a thinking rut, pull yourself out of it by focusing on the truth about you, not based on what you do but who you are.   I challenge you to list 10 universal qualities that are true about you based on virtue not actions.  Then as you meditate on these things, love, joy, security, abundance, etc. as the WHO of YOU, your actions will naturally start to follow.
