Taking Massive Action to Reach Your Goals

One of my favorite books, The 10X Rule by Grant Cardone talks about the power of taking massive action. He believes that we set our goals too low, and that is often the case because we are afraid that if we set them higher, we might not reach them.

His answer to this often seen problem is that we need to 10X our goals, which means make them 10 times higher than we think, but we also need to 10X our time frame, our money, and our expectation of the amount of work we will need to put into it.

If you would like to build a team of 10 people, why don’t you 10X it to building a team of 100 people? If you think building a team of 10 people will take you six months, then 10X that and say it will take you 60 months or 5 years.

This is how you learn to take massive action and for go discouragement in the process. If we believe that we can 10X our goal to a hundred team members and keep the time frame the same of six months, we will quickly give up on our goal.

I encourage you today to look at what you’re accomplishing, then raise the bar, but also raise the amount of time that you can expect it to take. Raise the amount of money you might need to invest in yourself or your business, and the amount of phone calls you need to make, the amount of emails you need to send, and the amount of sheer will power it’s going to take to reach that goal.

I guarantee, when you do these 3 things, higher the bar, higher the time frame, and higher the amount of time, effort, and money, you will soon reach your goals.

Have a great day, and if this helped you, please feel free to share it. I would be so grateful.
