Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit. – 3 John 2

What do all professional athletes have in common? A Coach.

I’m glad you are considering the idea of investing in yourself so you can be of maximum service to God, your family and your community.  As a Spiritual Life Coach, best-selling author and a practicing Christian, I make it a priority to seek first the kingdom of God and I know that only then will all the things I desire be added unto me.

I spent over a decade out of the church, after being raised in a born-again Christian home and having a dream of being a missionary. After the death of my father at age 48, when I was just 21, my life spun out of control. I  weathered some pretty serious life challenges including emotional and physical abuse, an unexpected pregnancy, a church betrayal, an affair and near divorce and recovering from codependency and alcoholism. And I’m just your average girl. Nothing special or unique, I believe that the majority of us suffer some degree of ‘off path trauma’ and we just choose to hide it from the world.

I used to want to put on a perfect front. I tried to hide behind perfectionism. If everyone believed I was OK then I must be, right? Wrong. We all have our struggles and if you are struggling today, that just means you’re human. Congratulations. The good news is you can change. If you want to.

That may sound extreme but it is the storms of life that make us stronger and I am grateful for every challenge that led me to pursuing a certification in Life Coaching back in 2009 and furthermore, to this particular moment in time where YOU are reading this page and considering the possibility of looking under the rug, cleaning house and starting a new healthier, more spiritually fit chapter in your life.

Making a commitment to improve your conscious contact with God and to find and remove the roadblocks that are preventing the actualization of your calling is a sacred decision. It is acting on a moment of clarity that you know you are capable (and worthy) of a life beyond your wildest dreams and the admission that the only one responsible for that coming to pass is you.

It’s empowering to know that you have, with the help of the Spirit, the ability to step out of the darkness and into the light. What that means is that we all have blind spots we just don’t see because we are too close to them. There is no shame in it. It is just the way it is.

Working with a Life Coach can help you identify those areas of your life that are not working, uncover the root beliefs that are causing them and set forth an action plan so you can achieve all you desire.

This is not a black and white process. This is an ongoing conversation of self-discovery, it’s an acknowledgment of where you are now and where you would like to go and it is a safe place to share your inner world with a non-judgmental other who will respect your confidences and support you through the process of change.

The length of commitment to your Life Coaching program is entirely up to you. We will start with an introductory session and take it week by week. You will know what is right for you.

Embarking on Life Coaching is something everyone should do at least once in their life. The insights you’ll gain will be deep and enriching and you will understand yourself in a way you hadn’t formerly. Today is the day to say Yes to your Highest Self. Today is the day say No to excuses. If nothing changes, nothing changes.

Change is up to you. Period. End of Story. Together WE Can! I would be honored to work with you.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. — James 4:8
