Cleansing In Your Life
One thing to remember is just because your official cleanse days are over this month you have seen the power in it. Cleansing is something you can add into any daily or weekly routine. Here are a few ideas:
1) Cleanse one day a week- To continue a healthy lifestyle, lose more weight or simply feel better after eating out you can opt for a cleanse day whenever you’d like. I recommend once per month for a full cleanse day but you could even do it weekly.
2) Cleanse nightly- 4-5 nights a week you can take an IsaFlush and a Cleanse drink right before bedtime. This is ‘cleaning up the crumbs’ from the day. You are giving your body 8 hours to rest and cleanse while you sleep. Easy to do and very effective.
