Day 20By now you’ve got this whole thing down pat.  I’m not an expert in the kitchen but my mom always said to me, “If you can read, you can cook.”  My gourmet chef friends like Brian Roland, owner of Crave Culinaire, might disagree however for our purposes let’s just go with it!

Shake Up Your Routine!

Our IsaLean® Shakes taste terrific when mixed with other healthy ingredients! We know that sometimes you need to add a little something for variety. Below are some of my favorite recipes that I think you’re going to absolutely dig!

Fruit and Cream Shake
2 scoops IsaLean Shake in Natural Creamy Vanilla
2 teaspoons of IsaFruits®
8 oz of purified water

Peanut Butter
2 scoops IsaLean Shake in Natural Creamy Vanilla
1 Tablespoon of natural peanut butter
8 oz of purified water

Choco-Delight
2 scoops IsaLean Shake in Natural Creamy Chocolate
1 oz of Ionix® Supreme
8 oz of purified water

Raspberry Chocolate Shake
2 scoops IsaLean Shake in Natural Creamy Chocolate
1/4 cup frozen organic raspberries
8 oz of purified water

You should try experimenting with new shake recipes on your own, but please try to keep the calorie count low!
